Employees were great, especially the gentleman at the front desk at check-in, who was friendly, professional, helpful. The lobby and breakfast areas were clean and well-maintained. Our room was comfortable, and we were quite pleased with the accommodations.

The breakfast was good. The attendant did a good job of keeping plenty of food available and the area clean. Need more fruit though.

We loved our room. I was happy that I chose the suite because it was spacious enough for a family of 5. The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good and there were a variety of options to choose from. My daughter loved that the waffles were Texas shaped. Parking was free and conveniently located by some restaurants and the interstate.

I love that it is right off the freeway! It a great facility with access to so much in the area. Right off the main road in Mount Pleasant. a straight shot down to Pittsburg and the out-lying towns. The rooms are super quiet and check-in is super easy.

Check in was quick and the staff was friendly. Though we didn't bring our dogs with us, it was nice to see that the hotel was welcoming and inviting even for pets.

The complementary breakfast is amazing and delish. The beds are so comfortable. The hot tub and pool are fantastic, the hot tub was a great welcome for a tired and aching body. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I would defiantly recommend staying here!!!

When we arrived, we learned the hot tub we were so looking forward to wasn't going to be as hot as we'd like it to be. Jude helped us by recommending the king room with the large spa tub. It was a wonderful experience.

Thank you for the veteran parking spot. I loved the flexible/adjustable shower head in 208. This was an accessible room, so I'm guessing they don't all have one, but my wife and I both commented to each other that we liked it.

Customer Service were very friendly and kind. Indoor poor is a great value, we really enjoyed it. The breakfast had a good variety of food and the food was great.

We stayed in the the two queen beds suite. The room had plenty of space and was super clean. The beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast was fresh and good. I appreciate that four sets of towels were provided; usually, hotels short you on towels
